I began my working life as a professional dancer, training at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, where music and physical expression were central to my early career. These formative experiences grounded my relationship with creative expression and presence.
When a spinal injury brought that chapter to an abrupt end, it opened the way into a deeper exploration of healing, resilience, and whole person wellbeing.
That transition led me to work at BodyHoliday in St Lucia over 30 years ago, where I contributed to the wellbeing and fitness programme and was introduced to integrative approaches that care for the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. This experience shaped how I understand health as something that includes body, emotion, breath, and lived experience.
Over time, my path continued through personal inquiry, ongoing study, and professional training in holistic and embodied practices. I trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and studied meditation, yoga with Shiva Rea, and Reiki to Master level.
I have spent many years working with voice and singing, and trained in song sharing, both of which continue to inform how I work with breath, rhythm, and embodied expression. Alongside this, years of living with ongoing physical pain strengthened my understanding of breath as a resource for regulation, resilience, and embodied presence.

During a period of significant personal transition, I discovered Clarity Breathwork. The healing, sense of freedom, and insight I experienced through this practice left a lasting impression and eventually led me to train professionally in Costa Rica and Ibiza so I could share this work with others navigating their own moments of change.
Today, my work centres on breath led practices, trauma informed awareness, embodiment, and health based coaching that supports how we live, nourish, and care for ourselves. I draw on both professional training and lived experience to offer a grounded and compassionate space where each person is met with care, respect, and sensitivity to their unique journey.
Outside of my professional work, I am nourished by time in nature, singing in community spaces, and creative expression through voice and guitar, practices that continue to deepen my relationship with breath and embodied expression. I have recently started creating guided meditations for digital platforms, offering this work in a wider and more accessible way. My practice continues to evolve through learning, reflection, and embodied exploration, shaped by a path I am grateful to walk.

As a Clarity Breathwork practitioner, I offer guided breathwork sessions using conscious connected breathing to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and a deeper reconnection with the body. Sessions are held in a safe and supportive space where pacing, consent, and individual readiness are respected.
Clarity Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful form of breathwork that creates space to release what the body has been holding and supports clarity, insight, and embodied presence. Sessions support physical and emotional integration, allowing change to arise naturally rather than through force.

Held with sensitive facilitation, these gatherings offer a safe, supportive space to release held tension, follow your own inner landscape, and rediscover the joy and vitality of moving in your own way.

Health Coaching is a holistic approach to wellbeing, meaning it considers the whole person and the many influences shaping how we feel, live, and thrive. A health coach supports people in making realistic, sustainable changes to lifestyle and daily habits in a way that respects individuality and personal circumstances.
This approach recognises nourishment in many forms, including relationships, environment, rest, purpose, emotional balance, and spiritual connection, understanding health as something shaped by the whole of life rather than by any single aspect alone.
