These policies exist to create clarity, safety, and trust, allowing the work to unfold in a grounded and supportive way for everyone involved.

booking and Payment

All sessions, classes, workshops, and events must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment confirms your booking and secures your place.

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct at the time of booking.

cancellation and rescheduling

Your booking represents a commitment of time, energy, and preparation.

Please do:

Provide at least twenty four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
Contact me as soon as possible if unexpected circumstances arise

Please do not:

Attend if you are unwell or unfit to participate

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than twenty four hours’ notice are not refundable. Missed sessions are treated as late cancellations.

In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied, but this cannot be guaranteed.

late arrival

If you arrive late, the session or event will still end at the scheduled time. Full payment remains due.

scope of practice

Breathwork and all related practices offered are complementary wellbeing practices. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where needed and for making informed decisions about your participation.

client responsibility

You agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after participation.

You agree to communicate honestly about your health and to follow guidance given during sessions.

I reserve the right to pause or stop participation if I believe it is unsafe or not appropriate to continue.

confidentiality

All personal information and anything shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

right to refuse or terminate participation

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation if I believe the work is not safe, appropriate, or aligned for either of us. In such cases, any unused portion of your booking will be refunded.
