one to one sessions

Clarity Breathwork uses conscious connective breathing to support emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and a deeper relationship with yourself.

Whether you are seeking calm, insight or space to reconnect inwardly, one-to-one sessions offer focussed guidance in a setting shaped around your needs.

The work unfolds at a pace that respects your system, with care given to safety, sensitivity, and individual experience.

Research continues to demonstrate how breathing patterns influence stress response, focus and physiological balance. Working with the breath can support relaxation, clarity, and emotional processing by engaging the bodies natural regulatory systems.

Many people notice shifts in perspective, emotional ease, or deep self awareness through this work. Each session is unique.

The depth and direction of the experience arise from your own process rather than expectation.

One to One Breathwork: One to One Breathwork offers an intimate space to meet yourself more deeply. It is a chance to slow down, listen inwardly, and breathe in a way that supports release, clarity, and genuine transformation. These sessions are held with sensitivity and presence, creating a setting where your system can soften, express, and reorganise. Whether you are working with stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, trauma patterns, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, one to one breathwork provides a personalised journey that unfolds at your own pace. Each session is an invitation to let the breath guide you back to what feels true and whole within you.

What to expect in a session: A session lasts approximately ninety minutes and begins with time to arrive, settle, and speak about what is currently present for you. We explore your intentions, your emotional landscape, and the support you may need during the breathwork process. In addition to conscious connected breathing, sessions may also include an assessment of your everyday breathing patterns. Many people do not realise that they are breathing in a way that contributes to stress, tension, or imbalance. Where helpful, I offer simple adjustments and personalised breathing practices that support healthier patterns in daily life. You will learn the conscious connected breath, a gentle breathing rhythm without pauses between the inhale and exhale. You can lie down or sit upright depending on what feels most comfortable. Cushions and blankets help create a sense of grounding and ease. As the breath deepens, your attention shifts from busy thinking into direct bodily experience. Long held patterns may begin to soften. Sensations, emotions, or memories can rise to the surface for release or understanding. Nothing is forced. The breath reveals only what is ready to be met. Music and verbal guidance support the journey, helping you stay present while allowing your inner process to unfold in its own unique way.

Trauma informed and deeply supportive: These sessions are held in a trauma informed way where safety, consent, and choice are central. You are encouraged to stay within your own comfort and capacity knowing you are always free to slow down, adjust, or pause. Being trauma informed means... • you are never asked to push through discomfort • your body and breath guide the pace • there is no expectation to revisit past events • regulation and grounding are prioritised throughout My role is to remain attuned to your breath, your body, and your emotional cues, offering steady support so that whatever arises can be met with care. This makes one to one breathwork suitable for those navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional difficulty, or the longer term effects of trauma, as well as for those simply seeking deeper self connection and inner clarity.

Why breathwork in this setting is so powerful: When held safely, the breath becomes a doorway into the deeper layers of the self. It can help shift patterns the body has been holding for years. It can regulate the nervous system, soften protective responses, and reveal insights that are often inaccessible through thinking alone. One to one sessions allow you to enter this territory with focused support, tailored guidance, and uninterrupted attention. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves after a session. Others notice shifts in sleep, emotional steadiness, physical tension, or overall vitality. Each experience is unique and valid.

Integration and aftercare: After the breathing phase, there is time for rest and integration. We explore what arose for you, help your system settle, and offer grounding practices or reflections if needed. You may wish to journal or speak through what you experienced. Integration continues in the hours and days following a session as your nervous system processes the shifts that took place.

Who one to one breathwork is for: One to one breathwork is ideal for you if you..... feel overstimulated or anxious struggle to regulate emotions or energy carry tension or patterns linked to stress or past experiences feel disconnected from yourself or your body are moving through life transition or uncertainty wish to deepen your spiritual or personal growth long for a safe space to simply breathe and be held No experience is needed. You only need curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself gently.
