I support individuals and groups to come home to themselves through conscious breath, embodied awareness, and deeply nourishing practices. My sessions are trauma aware, grounded in holistic wellbeing, and held with sensitivity and respect for each person’s unique journey. Through breath, sound, and movement, I create spaces where the nervous system can soften and vitality, presence, and truthful living can re emerge.

While Clarity Breathwork forms a central part of my work, I also draw on breath awareness, movement, simple breathing techniques, and holistic health coaching to support regulation, expression, and everyday resilience.
