group Breathwork

Group Breathwork is a powerful way to breathe in community, gently guided through a shared experience that supports release, connection, and deeper presence. When a group breathes together, something different becomes possible. The room softens. Awareness deepens. Each person is held not only by the guidance I offer but by the collective field we create together.

These sessions invite you to settle, breathe, and listen inwardly while feeling the quiet support of those around you. You are not required to share or perform. You simply arrive as you are and allow the breath to guide you into a more spacious and grounded inner state.

Group Breathwork Experiences & Testimonials

what happens in a group session

We begin by settling the body and the nervous system, creating the conditions for a safe and steady experience. I introduce the breath pattern, explain how to work within your own capacity, and offer ways to stay connected to your body as the journey unfolds.

You will breathe lying down on mats or blankets, supported by music, gentle verbal guidance, and the presence of the group. The breath follows the same conscious connected rhythm used in one to one sessions, always at a pace and depth that feels right for you.

Group breathwork often brings a sense of unity, resonance, and emotional spaciousness. Some people feel energised. Others feel calm. Some find release. Others experience insight or clarity. Each experience is unique and welcomed.

why group breathwork is powerful

Breathing in community can amplify a sense of connection to something larger than yourself. You feel your own inner world while sensing the grounded presence of those around you. This creates an atmosphere of shared safety and mutual regulation. The breath reveals what is ready to be seen and softened, and the group setting can support that unfolding with a surprising gentleness.

safety and sensitive facilitation

These sessions are held in a trauma informed way where safety, consent, and body awareness are central. You are encouraged to stay within your window of tolerance and to adjust or pause whenever needed. My intention is to offer a compassionate and steady container where your experience is met with care.
